Using SimplyVoy
SimplyVoy is a travel planning tool. By creating an account you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content
You own the trip data you create. We store it on your behalf and do not claim any ownership over it. You are responsible for ensuring anything you store does not infringe third-party rights.
AI features
Voy AI suggestions are generated by large language models and may not always be accurate. Always verify travel details (times, prices, availability) independently before acting on them. SimplyVoy is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice before removing features that affect paid plans.
Paid plans
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
